Explore the World of Coca-Cola in Atlanta

By far, the most popular soft drink in the world, Coke has a history nearly as interesting as its flavor, with a culture surrounding it like none in the modern era. What was originally formulated to treat morphine addiction, headaches, and impotence, the first Coca-Cola recipe was launched by John Pemberton at Eagle Drug and Chemical Company in the late 19th Century. That recipe was modified when local counties passed prohibition in 1886, and today's recipe was developed. Plan a visit to the World of Coca-Cola and check out more than 1,200 Coke artifacts, enjoy tastings, and watch a captivating 4-D movie. The museum also houses the beloved beverage's age-old secret formula in a vault that can be seen on the tour.

  • What is there to see at the World of Coca-Cola?

    There are many sights to see, including more than 1,200 artifacts and exhibits. Each guest watches as their own commemorative glass bottle gets filled at a fully functional bottling line. You will see the secret vault where the recipe is stored, watch a 4-D movie, and taste over 60 drinks from around the world.

  • Do they offer tours?

    VIP Guided Tours are available daily. This special experience includes a personal guide, headset to follow along, and choice of keepsake lanyard or commemorative pin. To ensure the interactive, personal aspect of the tour, groups are limited to a maximum of 10 guests, so be sure to book ahead.
